Whether you are an experienced breather or a true beginner, these conscious breath work journeys are appropriate for all levels of experience. It is an effective and truly transformational way to release old stuck emotions and energies that hold you back and keep you unhappy in your life.

Each journey is completely different. The breath is used consciously to activate the body’s innate healing system to release mental and emotional imbalances and old outdated patterns. In this state, the safety mechanisms of the ‘Monkey Mind’ that make up 95% of your daily experiences and can keep you locked into many unconscious limitations and past beliefs which create your habits, and responses everyday, are bypassed – without you even realising! (this state is called transient hypofrontality) This gives a wonderful opportunity to dive deep into the theta brain wave (unconscious wide open) – where deep healing and rewiring of the unconscious happens quickly, effectively and easily without you having to DO anything except breathe!

TBW Journeys differ in a sense that they are  a blend of carefully chosen music, language, different breath techniques and breath holds intended to completely facilitate deep release of old outdated unconscious patterns and process and lead you to your truest state of potential beyond your EGO.
